In order to make the skies safer for ourselves as pilots and to everyone else involve we need to understand the accidents and incidents that has happened in the past and need to why it happended as well as what we can learn from it in order to prevent it from happening again. As the old saying goes "We will not live long enough to make all those mistakes ourself so we might as well learn from it"
